Me and my group(Sami,Tai,Osana) were creating a add for another way of eating something heather and better than the past.So,our teacher (Mrs Archer) Set up this task for Scott Class, and we split up into groups to make a heather way to eat something better and heather to make you stronger and better.So our groups one is about apples,and the others are about different kinds of ways.So the best one gets an awesome prize. Reflection about Toolkits

Hello Everyone,
My reflection about toolkit is meeting other people and learning from them,and teaching what I have learnt to those people from other schools that came to Hay Park School's toolkit.My other reflection was learning new tricks and skills from other kids,they helped us when we need help.I had a wonderful day presenting with Alsakah and showing other kids what we have learnt and meeting new people that I haven't meet before in my life.The people as very very nice,they introduce there names to me and they talk to me about what they have learnt in our school and what they really enjoy about learning new tricks and skills and things from the presenter from other schools.What I learnt about toolkits is learning how you use and create a year books and books with google drawing,it is really interesting to hear what other people thinks about Hay Park School and hearing different things about our learning we done and what we do in Hay Park School.

Being in Setonga Class

Hello Everyone,
Yesterday on the 16th of August 2016 some people from Scott Class went to Setonga class.My highlight in Setonga class was doing Long Jump,because we were writing about how to do long jump,and we shared our writing with each other and to check if it has all the correct things in the right places.What I have learnt in Setonga class is  writing about Long Jump,and how they behave  in there class when there teacher is in the class and when there teacher is not in the class.Also we have done Jump jam to warm up our body and to keep our brains pumping when we are starting our learning time.Hope you enjoy BYE BYE.

Learning Conversation

Our Special Guest

Hello Everyone,
Today in the Library,there was a special guest that came to our school to have a visit to the our lovely seniors.He is a famous man and he have competed in the Olympics 3x,and his name is Andrew Nicholson,his sports he plays is called Speed Skater it is a Winter sport.Also did you know he plays other different kinds of sports like Cycling,and riding a Kano.He came to our school to ask questions and answer them,but the most thing he really came to do is to try different sports and live life like him.He is a special man because he help children to make there dreams come true,by believing in your self's and show respected to the other people.

Week 2 Dance

Hello Everyone,
Today we have been dancing with the wonderful Emily.We learnt many different game in dancing today.The first dance game was called follow the leader,follow the leader is a game when the front person get's to do what ever moves and the rest follow the move that the leader is doing.And we change over when the bell rings.We learnt other new games,Scott Class was very very excited to learn new games from Emily.We really really really enjoy dancing with Emily,she is the best choch we have ever had in the world.She teach us many many different awesome dance moves.

Week 1 Dance

Hello Everyone,
Today we went to the hall for dance session,all of us was surprised that we have dance session today.We started of with a game called Hokey Pokey.After that game that we played,we played another game called follow the leader.My favorite game was follow the leader,because we get to follow the leaders move.We also played another game called Freeze,it was an amazing game to play,we learnt many moves from all the games we have played with Emily. Next the lady (Emily) tell's us that we use the fist letter of our name to make our own dances moves.We were divided in to 3 groups so we can learn and share our dance moves with each other.After that we share our dance with the audience.All of the performance was absolutist brilliant to see all those new moves they have created.The hard part in the session was Freeze because I could not really hear her voice.The easy part in the session was following the leader because we see when she is doing another move or doing the same move.

End of term reflection

This term we have been learning about the past and why it is important. In Flox Class we have focused a lot on art and the way art is used to tell stories.
